Before we Start you need a Working Internet Connection and a Verified Paypal Account
Make Sure you have these two mandatory things.
If you dont know anything about Paypal Let me help You some Just Go to this Link >> www.paypal.com

Then Click On Sign Up 

Choose your country and click on Get Started

and fill up this form to complete your registration.

.when its done just click on log in Shown in the 1st pic and log in with your Email and Password.

After you log in to your account there are some thinngs you need to do...

1.You have to go to complete task.Why you need to complete task?

becasuse if you dont complete your task your paypal account will not became verified and you will not receive the payments.So go to the complete task 1st and complete your tasks.

1st of all you need to confirm your email just go to your email and cheak for an automated email by paypal.open the email there will be a link to confirm your paypal account.Then provide Pan Card(Only for INDIA) or your country might ask something like national ID card.

Then go to  Add Bank Account and give you bank account no and nessecery info and then paypal will send to small deposits to confirm your bank account when the amounts are depositted put them in Paypal bank account confirmation section.

Then move on to the last and give a purpose code  as "Business Management and Consaltency" and yo are done with all tasks.

Now you can receive your payments.
